What are Patient Reach Network bookings?
With Zocdoc’s Patient Reach Network, patients can instantly book with you across trusted sites like Google, Apple and insurance directories. These appointments are scheduled online through Zocdoc’s partner sites and can be managed directly from your Zocdoc account. The Patient Reach Network helps to expand your reach to patients that otherwise would not have found you through channels like Zocdoc Marketplace or your website. How to opt into the Patient Reach Network
All providers with a Zocdoc account automatically join the Patient Reach Network, where eligible. To opt out or confirm whether you have the Patient Reach Network turned on, please contact our Service team.
There may be some set up required to be listed on the partner site. For example, to be bookable on Google, you will need to create a Google Business Profile and connect it to Zocdoc.
Tip: Keep your availability updated in your Zocdoc Calendar or integrated EHR — this ensures patients can always book with you, wherever they’re searching for care.

How am I charged?
Pricing for bookings from the Patient Reach Network varies by the type of partner:
Insurance and medical device directories (Blue Shield of California, Veterans Affairs, MetroPlus Health, Invisalign, and others): All bookings are free.
Search engines (Google, Apple, Bing): All bookings are free
Ratings and review sites (Healthgrades): Bookings from existing patients and patients who search for you by name are free. You’re charged your standard booking fee when new patients discover you through a generic search (e.g. “dentist near me”).
How do I manage availability for these bookings?
You can manage bookings from partner sites the same way you do for Zocdoc Marketplace bookings. Simply manage availability from your EHR or Zocdoc calendar — updates automatically flow to partner sites.
