Our team includes Misty Shearer, FNP-C, founder of Cactus Bloom; Holly Grobels, FNP-C; and Zoe Graves, our licensed esthetician. Together, we provide thoughtful, individualized care designed to help patients feel well, look their best, and take an active role in their long-term health. Misty is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing and more than 28 years of healthcare experience. She founded Cactus Bloom with the belief that patients deserve to feel heard and receive care that considers the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or set of symptoms. Misty and Holly combine evidence-based medicine with integrative and preventive approaches to support each patient’s individual needs and health goals. Our medical services include primary care, weight-management programs, hormone evaluation and replacement therapy, preventive wellness, and IV nutrient therapy. Zoe complements our medical services by providing personalized skincare and aesthetic treatments. These include advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and XERF non-surgical skin-tightening treatments. Whether you are establishing primary care, working toward a healthier weight, addressing hormonal concerns, or simply looking for a healthcare team that takes the time to listen, we are here to support you with compassionate and collaborative care. Cactus Bloom offers cash-pay services and accepts many commercial insurance plans, including eligible plans through Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, and Aetna. Misty is amazing. My family and I have been receiving services from her for over a year. Each time I learn something new. She takes quality time by actively listening to your symptoms and understanding your needs. She takes time to explain in a way that we understand what works best for our needs. I especially appreciate this because my daughter is an athlete and sometimes needs different things based on her season. And I have an autoimmune disorder which can sometimes require different needs. Misty’s has a plethora of knowledge when it comes to infusion therapy for many different reasons and is a great sharer of information. She takes the worry out of infusion therapy as patient. Sam was just as amazing! He takes his time and pays attention to detail. He is one of the gentlest nurses I have ever met. This approach to medicine and personal health care is a breath of fresh air and we need more of it in our communities.

I truly can’t say enough about Cactus Bloom. I haven’t been feeling well and needed a major boost for my upcoming trip. My friend had referred me to them so I thought I would give it a try.
