Very kind and very informative. She let me know exactly what she was going to be doing in the way of my toenail procedure. Dr. Kim also educated me on how to avoid ingrown toenails. The wait time to get into the room was fine but she did seem to forget about me for 10 mins as I sat there. Not too bad. I would suggest Dr. Kim to others.
