Overall this Dr is fantastic and worth the wait. But, I waited for an hour and 45 mins after my appointment time to be seen. Then I was in and out on 15 mins! He's an expert, no doubt. The time mgmt of the office is terrible though. Luckily I had the time to wait. Apparently this happens there all the time. There's even a plaque on the wall stating they typically run late.

Kris and everyone in the office was patient, kind, annd understanding of my anxious reaction to some of the tests. I have and inexplicable fear of the hearing test and everyone rallied around me, figured out how best to help me, talked me through every step and made me feel like they heard every single thing I was telling them without judgment.
