Dr. Konner Ackerman is an absolute game-changer. I came in with debilitating quad tendinitis that made sitting and standing for long periods extremely painful, plus lingering effects from a previously torn labrum and inflammation from hard training. I'd seen several chiropractors and therapists over the years with no lasting relief. Dr. Konner solved what no one else could in a fraction of the time. What sets him apart is that he listens first. He built a tailored plan using deep tissue work, shockwave therapy, cupping, dry needling, custom PT exercises, and more. The quad tendinitis disrupting my daily life is now a thing of the past. I continue seeing him weekly for maintenance because as an athlete, staying ahead of injuries and optimizing performance is just as important as recovery.
