We waited well over an hour after being the first and only people in the office. I watched the doctor come in a little after 9am purse in hand after I had been waiting for an hour. She dropped her stuff in her office and came directly to me. Began touching my eye with no gloves, no hand washing, not even hand sanitizer. I told her I was uncomfortable and needed a second and she proceeded and tried to put more numbing drops in my eye. She had no bedside manner. She wasn’t communicating at all with me about what she was doing. Did not listen to my concerns and tried to sell me eye drops at the end. Doctors who try to sell you products are a major red flag.
Overall dirty, unsanitary, and super rude.

If you are looking for an eye exam along with a prescription, you will have to see their optometrist and the optometrist is available on Thursday’s necessitating a second visit.

It was a different doctor than the one I booked. She was excellent, but I was surprised when I learned after the appointment that it wasn’t the doctor I thought I booked with.
