The facility was very clean and the staff were exceptionally kind. Dr. Nejat himself was a wonderful provider mainly because of his bedside manners. His communication was patient, calm, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. This has been one of the few providers that actually made me feel heard and comfortable enough to continue seeing him when necessary.

Such great staff, it was pretty clear they have great staff leads and communication upon themselves. Well oiled machine. There was a pianist playing in the waiting room which I thought was pretty cool. And I could also tell that they prioritize client’s comfort.

Dr. Luk and the Team at Generation Next are the top clinic in NYC for anyone looking for a truly personalized concierge experience freezing eggs and beyond.
From recommending a top trauma sensitivity-trained fertility acupuncturist who tripled my egg count with electro acupuncture and kept me calm and stable throughout to dialing in on supporting supplements like inositol, açaí, and coq10 and slightly shorter egg retrieval size timing for older clients to get the best result, I felt supported and positive throughout with my personal history and sensitivities and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Now that I’m back after some time to continue the process with making embryos, I still feel just as supported and heard and the vibes from the entire Team are amazing as ever.

The office was unnecessarily annoying with some admin items before my visit. The doctor spent my consultation catastrophizing and telling me that my thyroid is going to shut down next (my thyroid function is completely normal). I didn’t go to nextgen for that, I went to next gen in search of a doctor that would approach my fertility journey as a partnership - not as whatever Dr Hade decided to do. I’m really disappointed in this experience.

The IVF process can be grueling. From someone who came from a previous fertility clinic, I can say this is the clinic you need to trust. From the front desk staff, the nursing staff my experience was beyond anything I could have expected. Being met with compassion, understanding and honesty is what you want from health care and they delivered. Professionalism at its finest. I am happy with our choice to change clinics and trust our future family with you all. I have never felt more comfortable in a clinical setting in my life; it’s how is suppose to be. The unknown with infertility can be scary, but when the army at this clinic shows up for you there’s no need to worry.
