I believe the health of the body runs through the mouth—meaning your oral health plays a major role in your overall health. When the gums and mouth are inflamed or infected, it can contribute to whole-body inflammation, and many systemic health issues can also start first in the mouth. This focus is personal: by improving my own nutrition and daily habits, I lost about 50 pounds and have maintained it. My approach is prevention-first, minimally invasive whenever possible, and education-driven. I use modern diagnostics, including 3D imaging (CBCT), when appropriate to evaluate areas that may not be visible on standard X-rays—helping identify potential hidden or chronic issues that could be contributing to symptoms or inflammation. I provide traditional dentistry when needed or preferred, while offering a biological, whole-body perspective for patients who want a more comprehensive approach to care.
