Grounded Growth Psychiatric Care

At Grounded Growth Psychiatric Care, I provide affirming, evidence-based care for adults navigating ADHD, PMDD, anxiety, depression, and the unique challenges often experienced within the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities. I offer both virtual appointments throughout Florida and in-person visits in Winter Park, FL.
I'm a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with specialized ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) credentials and advanced training in women's and reproductive mental health. My practice focuses on understanding the complex relationship between executive functioning, hormones, mood, and daily life.
