They are professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly take the time to listen and understand the challenges adults face when dealing with ADHD. I appreciate feeling heard, respected, and never judged when discussing my concerns. The online appointments are convenient, and the entire process feels comfortable and supportive. Lisa abruptly discontinued a controlled medicine I’ve taken for over a year without a safe taper plan, no alternative treatment, and no warning of the withdrawal symptoms I would experience. She does not answer her phone or return voice messages. It seems she only cares about new patient referrals and billing insurance for unhelpful visits. I would not recommend Lisa for any kind of therapy or medication management.

She listened to all my concerns and gave the proper diagnosis. I felt very seen after the appointment. She prescribed me something based on all the symptoms I am having. I now feel like I can control my myself mood and myself a bit better.

Apparently anxiety from ptsd is not a good reason to get antianxieties. Maybe next time I’ll just tell them I have crippling social anxiety no ptsd no that’s some bs diagnosis some doctor had.

Don't know what happened, poor communication, o well, between insurance and the pharmacy I've just had enough
Appointment was normal, she sent the script in just fine, but then the pharmacy didn't stopped taking my insurance..... Had her sent it to CVS, they didn't get it, tried again, oh the doctor isn't my insurance wtf.. It went threw... OK waiting for prior authorization... To this day weeks later... Still waiting

She was a great doctor I had a very beneficial session. I have bad anxiety and I was nervous to find a new doctor after recently moving and having to change doctors. Well I across zocdoc and was skeptical about it but It was actually everything that I expect for a doctor visit/appointment with physician or psychiatrist whatever you need zocdoc has you covered. I was very anxious but this doctor was very patient with me and helped me work to find what was best for me and at the end of the day thats what matters great service overall it was all about what I need to better my physical and emotional/mental health shes a very caring doctor I would highly recommend to anyone I know!
