Mahtani Therapy

Prior to booking if you have any questions or concerns please give me a call or text at (954) 408-2419. I’m a therapist, coach, and college professor based in Jupiter, Florida, serving the Jupiter–Juno Beach area and surrounding Palm Beach County communities. I have more than a decade of clinical experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, adults, parents, and families. At Mahtani Therapy, I help people navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, grief and loss, behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, performance pressure, and major life transitions—especially when familiar ways of coping are no longer working. My approach incorporates evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. I also integrate nervous system regulation, practical problem-solving, and experiential approaches when appropriate. Therapy is tailored to each client’s age, circumstances, needs, and goals rather than built around a one-size-fits-all model.
