MedRefillCare provides online medication refill evaluations and telehealth visits for adults in Texas. We help patients who are out of refills, have been told by their pharmacy that no refills remain, cannot reach their regular clinician, need continuity of care while traveling, or are seeking convenient med refill care from a licensed healthcare professional. Eligible established medications may include treatment for high blood pressure, thyroid conditions, high cholesterol, diabetes, GERD/reflux, certain maintenance inhalers, and other non-controlled maintenance medications when clinically appropriate. Each request is individually reviewed by a licensed clinician. Medical history, current medication, dose, allergies, relevant health information, and pharmacy information are reviewed before any treatment decision is made. When medically appropriate, a prescription may be sent electronically to the patient’s preferred pharmacy.
