Most relevant
The Dr was excellent, however the front office staff would not verify my insurance and made me pay a Co pay even though no co pay was due to meeting my out of pocket maximum. They told me to take it up with my insurance later and this caused and unexpected high cost upfront or they where going to cancel or reschedule me, and they would not communicate with my insurance and only wanted to go off what their computer said which was wrong.
