Wonderful first session. She made me feel heard which is 100% what I was looking for. I feel like I am in very good capable hands. I’m looking forward to our next sessions. It’s important to have a good relationship with your therapist and she’s very friendly and welcoming.

My first appointment with Monica Godina at Soluna Mental Wellness went smoothly. The office space and waiting room were very tidy and decorated so nicely. I was seen by my new therapist on time and she was so kind. First we went over all the consent forms and legal documents. We talked about why I was interested in receiving therapy and my goals for the rest of our time. Monica appears to be a true ally to LGBTQIA+ individuals and provides a safe space for all. I’m looking forward to our next sessions and interested in seeing what progress we can make together.

Most important to me, a quiet waiting room. I waited about a minute or two for the receptionist. It took a couple extra minutes to see the Doctor but It was my first visit and it was pretty quick confirming all my information
