Wonderful first session. She made me feel heard which is 100% what I was looking for. I feel like I am in very good capable hands. I’m looking forward to our next sessions. It’s important to have a good relationship with your therapist and she’s very friendly and welcoming.

Most important to me, a quiet waiting room. I waited about a minute or two for the receptionist. It took a couple extra minutes to see the Doctor but It was my first visit and it was pretty quick confirming all my information
