The office contacted me two days before my appointment to inform me they couldn’t take me because the specific appointments they offered on Zocdoc were not actual appointments that were available to patients.

She was VERY understanding & genuine about my issues, problems & concerns. More than my regular therapist and counselor. She also pointed me in the right direction to get my medical records so I can send them to her. Once I do that, she will prescribe the right medication that I need. Thank you again for being a shoulder to lean on. I don’t talk about my past to ANYONE. Literally ANYONE.

I only had my initial checkup so far but what I can say is that she was very professional and kind. There is a lot going on with me but I never felt judged or talked down to. I got referred for a more in depth test, so that made me feel like I can get the help I need.
