Dr. Jahangiri (Dr.J) prides herself in providing only the highest quality general, and cosmetic dentistry with a very gentle touch. What she enjoys most is building a personal, and long-term relationship with all her patients based on trust and mutual respect. Dr. Jahangiri is certified by the prestigious Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation (DOCS), and offers different levels of conscious sedation to those patients with high levels of anxiety. She is also certified by Invisalign, Align Technology, and Laser Dentistry by the World Clinical Laser Institute. She is also an active member of American Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Virginia Dental Association, and DC dental Society. She has been voted as “America’s Top Dentists” by the research council of America. Dr. Jahangiri attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, and then continued on to receive her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at VCU’s School of Dentistry, graduating with high honors, Magna Cum Laude. After graduation she has attended multiple continuing education courses to advance her knowledge in dentistry, and be able to offer the up to date technology to her patients for the most advances patient care, and comfort. When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Jahangiri enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her friends, and family.

I just had my first cleaning and filling at Dr. J's office. She was very friendly and easy to talk too, which may me very comfortable and at ease. The staff is very efficient with time and the treatment plan for my filling.

From the moment I arrive at the office the staff was courteous & friendly, which immediately put me at ease. As I'm sure, many will agree. Going to the dentist isnt the most look forward to activity. It was a great experience and looking forward for my next visit.

I went to Dr. J's office today for a check up and cleaning. The hygienist was the best I have ever had I always dread going to the dentist and I expected it to be unpleasant and uncomfortable. She was so gentle and extremely effective, but avoided making my mouth and gums hurt.
