But today when I had a dental emergency, I was blown away at how quickly I was taken care of and how willing Dr. Zelby was to stay and make sure my pain was eliminated! Today is the 1st time I have heard about Zockdoc. However Dr. Zelby has been my most trusted dentist for the last 34 years. I wouldn't have stayed with his practice if he wasn't as good and competent as he is. My wife and both of my adult children are his patients. I trust his opinion fully and can't think of anyone else when he comes to expertise. He is one of Atlanta's Best.

Been waiting over 90 days in 2019 to have uncomfortable bridges removed from my mouth that is causing sporadic pain from my tongue squeezing into bridges that have been brought inward. This is an ongoing problem since 2017 that has not been address even with me offering to help with the cost for replacement of bridges to match the shape of molars on opposite side...

My consultation with Dr. Zelby went well. He talked to me with kindness, respect and honored my opinions . He was very clear answering. my questions and concerns. My mouth problems are extremely complicated and I feel Dr Zelby can handle it. Only one complaint, I did not care for his elevator “music” !!!!

This review is about one of the dentist in Dr. Zelby;s office, Dr. Levine who did my last dental work. Over all I have had pretty good experiences with staff and office. However, on this visit with Dr. Levine, something went wrong. It is 6 almost 7 days after my visit and I am still having much pain from injection to numb me and the swelling in my face just went down. This was the worse injection I have ever experienced to numb a tooth. The complete side of my eye went into severe discomfort and numb, but the tooth when started to work on was not numb and in much pain. Dr. Levine, gave me several more injections for numbing. It helped. I am wondering why my face still feels paralyzed and hard to smile. This has me concerned and hesitate to go back to this Dentist.

Dr. Zelby saved me today. I had a veneer fall out while traveling out of town for work. Dr. Zelby and his staff saw me right away and reinstalled the veneer without pain or waiting with a topnotch bedside manor. My veneer is better than new! And, their facilities and technology are amazing. THANK YOU!!!

The "last liner" lost a piece in the front, right of the denture.
I tried to eat a hotdog about 2 hours post appt and the denture came out immediately upon the first bite.
Doc, you're a nice guy but the work doesn't rate the hype.
I love ya, but your work didn't warrant the reputation.
Sorry.
The glue pulls the liner out.

John came in when the office was closed to glue a tooth back
onto mt bridge, 9 a.m. appt. and no show until I called the emrgency number to find him. He showed up 35 minutes later. He forgot.

I think it was the best dentist visit I've ever had! I called the office in excruciating pain from a wisdom tooth that needed to be pulled and they scheduled me right away. Once I arrived, I was seen almost immediately, without any wait time. The staff and Dr. Zelby are amazing and very friendly, professional and informative. They reviewed the issue and explained my options, to ensure I understood. Once he numbed my mouth, he had the tooth out in literally a minute or two and I never felt a thing! I also barely had any recovery time and was not even sore after the procedure, like I had been when visiting other dentists! He also even informed me, that I had an additional cavity I would need to take care of. As a person who normally dreads the doctors or dentist, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zelby to anyone! Their office is very welcoming and makes you feel extremely calm and comfortable, even if you are in extreme pain and you will not find a better dentist anywhere!!

I could not possibly say everything that needs to be said about this staff. Sure, the facilities are gorgeous, clean and very professional, but it's the staff that really stands out. I called with an emergency front tooth repair and no dental insurance and they were able to work with me and the next day I have the best smile I've had in years. I look forward to my next appt, and I've never said that about dentistry. Thanks all!

The staff are professional and friendly. They make you feel comfortable right away. It started with the receptionist who took my call. She made me feel comfortable right away. After talking to her, I knew that I made the right decision. Dr. Eady checked my bridge work, even though it was installed at another practice. She alleviated my fears. I wish I could give them a higher rating.
