I did not see the doctor I had scheduled with. I had scheduled with him specifically because of his high ratings and he was within network for my dental insurance. I was not told that I would not be seeing him, and a different doctor walked in and started talking with me. Not that I didn’t feel good about her. She was actually very thorough and compassionate and listened very well. However, I was never told the doctor I had scheduled with was not going to be there. That was a little concerning to me. Front office and back office staff were very, very friendly and knowledgeable. And they all worked very hard to make me as comfortable as possible. I do feel very comfortable with the dentist. I did end up seeing. And I will go back to her for the recommended work that needs to be done.
