I continually update my education in all areas of dentistry, and have lately completed courses on implant dentistry, Invisalign®, oral appliance therapy for the treatment of sleep apnea, and laser dentistry.

The office staff was all nice and friendly. Before seeing the doctor, the dental hygienist (I think?) did my X-rays, cleaning, etc. and explained what she observed. X-rays were minimal compared to other places, but I appreciated that I didn’t have to deal with that too long- so thank you. Typically the teeth cleaning and floss happen last, but in this case it happened before dealing with any tartar removal, etc. She was wonderful and made me feel comfortable - having not been to the dentist in 16 months, plus post-pandemic, I had been anxious to go somewhere new. The dentist came in at the end to check things out. He was also very friendly. There is a TV on the ceiling which was a nice touch. I was disappointed that they did not have some of the latest equipment- or at least it was not used on me, but it wasn’t bad or outdated. I did wait about 15 minutes to be seen. Truly my only issue with this office is that there are two patient “rooms” right on top of each other, and the bathroom is basically at the “entrance” to one of those rooms. I used the restroom while waiting and felt like I’d violated the privacy of both patients because it was so close. I also heard way too much detail about the person next to me which made me uncomfortable. It was very personal and detailed. The staff was very loud and could have been a bit more mindful about voices carrying. I struggled to hear my dental hygienist at times because of the proximity.
