As someone who works in healthcare, I was blown away by the quality of care and personal attention Dr. Evis gives each of her patients. Today people like to use terms like, "care reimagined," but Dr. Evis is a true example of what quality care can look like. Her clinical attention to detail is excellent and never rushed; she has leading edge tech and medical equipment in her new clinic and personally assessed my dental needs, my insurance coverage and partnered to make decisions about my care plan that limited out of pocket costs. Her communication with patients is unparalleled and I just couldn't be happier. Thank you, Dr. Evis!

I can’t recommend Excellence Dental Care in Needham enough. I had a sudden, sharp tooth pain on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and Dr. Evis graciously took me in the very same day I called—something you rarely see these days. She not only treated me with great care and professionalism, but also went the extra mile by helping me secure an emergency root canal appointment on Memorial Day itself.
She followed up personally to check on how I was doing, and once the root canal was done, she quickly placed a temporary crown and had the final crown completed—all in less than three weeks. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and handled with the utmost precision.
Dr. Evis and her entire staff are incredibly professional, attentive to detail, and truly patient-oriented. I felt cared for every step of the way. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

Dr. Evis Is the Reason I Actually Like Going to the Dentist
Excellence Dental Care really lives up to its name, and that’s mostly thanks to Dr. Evis. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes you feel completely at ease. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients, not just their teeth. The whole team is kind and professional, and the vibe in the office is calm and welcoming. Easily the best dental experience I’ve had.

I am writing a 5 star review of Dr. Evis Myftiu and Excellence Dental Care in Needham, MA.
I couldn’t be happier that she is my new dentist. She has been involved in my cleanings, creating a new crown, and finalizing the treatments of a root canal and an implant.
In all of my interactions, Dr. Myftiu has been kind, compassionate, respectful, and professional. She is personable and easy to converse with. She remembers details from our previous conversations and asks follow up questions.
In terms of her work, she explains what she is doing and has spent extra time to ensure that she is getting things just right. The day after my treatments, she has called to check with me that all is well. I have no doubt that if something were not well, she would have arranged to see me later that day.
If you are looking for super competent and personalized dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Myftiu and Excellence Dental Care.

Dr. Evis is an absolute miracle worker! I was suffering with tooth pain that was noted to be a root canal by another doctor and Dr. Evis was able to save my tooth entirely. The process was seamless and I’m now pain free! I couldn’t be happier with the results and I truly cannot recommend her enough. She is kind, careful and makes you feel very comfortable (which isn't always easy when undergoing a dental treatment). If I could give her a million stars, I would!

After decades with a doctor change is somewhat of a challenge and a concern. Not so with Dr. Evis. Not a word is uttered other than support and advice emanating from her dedication. Not a movement done that has not been explained and agreed upon. All actions spring from giving the best care available for what has to be done in a manner that takes the whole person into consideration. What is best for one is not necessarily best for another. The needs of each patient is foremost in Dr. Evis’ mind. There is only caring, warmth, respect, expertise and precision. I could not be happier that I am now her patient.

Dr. Evis's was extremely helpful in arriving at a quick diagnosis for my dental condition. The clinic is super clean, well lit and maintained, all equipment is new, modern and high precision. Even though going to the dentist is not my favorite things to do, Dr. Evis's attention to detail and thorough explaining what would be the best solution for me, put me at ease for the whole time I was there. Her patients are very fortunate to have her and her team to take care of their dental needs. Highly recommend!!

i had a great visit, especially the dental hygienist. she took the time to show me the pictures of my teeth, where the problem areas were, and what was causing them / how we could fix them. they were all so thorough and helpful answering my questions and and giving me a great cleaning. i’d recommend them to anyone!
