everyone at the Western Dentist clinic was kind, helpful, patient and treated me with complete respect - the exam was thorough and very professional - if Dr. Rafoe had not treated me the same way as she did 2 months ago i would definitely re visit Dr.Daryaei

This was my first time at this dentist office, so maybe this was just a busy day. But I waited for just over an hour before I was called. Then between x-rays and the end of the cleaning, it was another 1.5 hours. My hygenist was very thorough, so I feel that some of the in-chair wait time was due to how well she takes care of her patients. She examined me, then cleaned another patient then came back to clean me. I will try coming back because everyone was so nice and the cleaning was thorough, but I really hope the wait times are better.

Wait time to see the dentist was 45+ minutes, with no explanation or apology. When the dentist finally saw me, she refused to work on the issue that I had scheduled the appointment for, citing liability concerns. I've had multiple dentists help me in the past with the same problem, so it was extremely frustrating that she would not take care of the one thing I needed her to do, even though I had signed a full liability waiver. The cleaning itself was one of the least thorough yet most painful cleanings I've ever had. Lastly, I had major sanitation concerns as both the x-ray technician and dentist walked in and out of my room, touching multiple people and things around then office without changing the gloves they were then putting in my mouth. Will not ever go back.
