I was so frustrated with the whole company Western Dental that I will never use them again!! First, they didn't have my appointment I made here on Zocdoc, then some of the staff was rude, and it took forever, and the offices were really unwelcoming and uncomfortable. And this was for a teenager with good teeth, so going in for a cleaning should have been piece of cake. But Dr tried requiring spendy extras as part of the cleaning, which insurance covered 0% of the extras but 100% of the cleaning!?! They wouldn't do the cleaning with the out of pocket extras, and if the insurance wouldn't cover them to me it seemed ridiculous. Plus they weren't even going to be able to do the cleaning right then and wouldn't do a simple cleaning without extras! They quoted less out of pocket for to get wisdom teeth removed than for the extras required for 100% insurance covered cleaning! Wanted to have 2 appointments for a stinking teeth cleaning. Ended up leaving without getting the cleaning done and will never ever use Western Dental again...waste of time.

The dentist was very sympathetic and everyone explained things throughly. I was highly impressed with the caring and friendly manner of all of the staff! I was only disappointed with the wait time since I was on my lunch hour.
