I am so happy I went here! Dr. Giardino is perhaps the most genuinely kind dentist I have ever been seen by. His disposition is kind and caring, I hope that doesn't wane with time. His team is great, Sean (or is it Shawn?) was also incredibly kind and personable. Plus, they are in this cool old building.

In his education at the University of Washington School of Dentistry, Dr. Giardino learned the modern trends and techniques in oral health care, as well as a solid understanding of traditional dentistry and medicine. His education, in addition to involvement in continuing education, has put him in an excellent position to provide you and your family with comprehensive and compassionate dental care.
Dr. Giardino is skilled at developing a customized treatment plan based on your needs and preferences. However, the goal for each patient is the same: A smile that is healthy, beautiful, and long lasting.

First dentist I've gone to as a college student up in Seattle at UW. He was so considerate of my sensitive gums / teeth, always told me what instrument he was using and what it was for, always asked me if I was confused or had any questions, and took the time to get to know me. Highly recommend!!

The doctor himself was friendly and professional, but seemed pushy at times. He promoted various oral care products - I'm not sure what the accepted standard of behavior is in this respect, but I didn't ask for any recommendations.
If you need a deep cleaning, ask that the hygienist does this and not the doctor. She seemed much more experienced in the procedure and caused much less discomfort.

I recently got a filling replaced by Dr. Giardino. I appreciate that he and his staff informed me of my options (especially as they related to how they were differentially covered by my insurance), and allowed me to choose what made the most sense to me. The filling itself feels perfectly fine, going on 2+ weeks now.

I love Brooklyn Dental. Every staff member is courteous, thorough, and efficient. I had to wait a few minutes to get started with my appointment, but I was the last appt of the day and that's pretty standard. They made sure to ask me when my parking ran out so that we could be done by the time I had to get back to my car. Going to the dentist isn't a fun experience per se but everyone at Brooklyn Dental makes it as enjoyable as possible!

I am very satisfied with Dr. Giardino and do recommend him as a dentist.
I had a cleaning there, but more importantly after a checkup with X-rays he treated me for tooth decay that was getting close to the nerve. Dr. Giardino did a very good job with the filling (and likely spared me a root canal).
He and his personnel are incredibly friendly and explain the procedures in great detail.

One of the most careful dentists I've ever had. Sure, there was pain, but let's be honest, there's always pain if you don't floss enough. (oops) I felt like Dr. Giardino was very thorough in cleaning my teeth, had a reasonably gentle touch, and was very professional with helping recommend some followup care and helping me understand what I should personally do to improve my own oral health. I have to say, I left with a newfound sense of purpose! This is my third or so visit, and I've been very happy each time. I'm planning to stay with Dr. Giardino's team until I have to move out of Seattle. I also have to give a shout-out to Gary, who does an excellent job making sure I know when my next appointment is and following up with me. Overall, great location, excellent service, and fantastic care for my teeth. Highly recommend.

I was attended to immediately after walking in the door and was in the dentist's chair within a minute; can't beat that!
Dr. Giardino and his staff are incredibly welcoming, attentive, and thorough. As a new patient just coming in to establish a relationship with a local dentist and get a cleaning, Dr. Giardino took my dental history and asked me how about any issues I had with my smile. During the cleaning Dr. Giardino took the time to explain the instruments and techniques he was using, offering to use an alternative instrument if any bothered me. Finally he took some pictures of my smile to devise a treatment plan for the smile issues we'd discussed. My appointment was in the morning; by the end of the workday Dr. Giardino had emailed me a treatment plan complete with multiple options and their prices based on my insurance!
I would highly recommend Dr. Giardino and his competent staff.
