Dr. Lustiger, a native of Philadelphia, is a 1982 graduate of Temple University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Lustiger was associated with a private practice in Manhattan prior to starting his own practice in General and Cosmetic Dentistry at One Exchange Place in Jersey City, in 1992. In April 2012 Dr. Lustiger moved to his newly constructed, start of the art dental facility located at 75 Montgomery Street in Jersey City. This is 2 blocks west of his old location. Dr. Lustiger has extensive experience in Cosmetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics (Crown and Bridge), and Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) and Invisalign. He has completed post-graduate training in Implantology and Lumineers (porcelain veneers), as well as Invisalign and Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Lustiger is a longstanding member of the American Dental Association, the New Jersey Dental Association, and the Hudson County Dental Society.
Dr. Lustiger lives with his wife and four children in suburban New Jersey.

I had a great first time experience. The office was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Rose did a great job with my teeth cleaning, she was gentle but did a thorough job. She was also concerned on my comfortability the whole time, asking if I needed anything. DR Lustiger was great, he took the time to talk to me even about little things, which i appreciated because i do feel like a lot of doctors just say “everything looks great, bye” . I would highly recommend!

Great technician with lots of care - cleaned my teeth without judgement! I have not gone to the dentist in around 3 years, maybe more and they were not judgmental at all. Very fast at telling me how much I owed through processing with my insurance and were ready for me right when I came in.
Was able to schedule a follow up appointment quickly and was out the door in an hour.

Highly Recommend Dr. Lustiger's office. Dr. Lee was extremely professional and easy going. The receptionist was polite and clearly explained insurance and copay costs. Dr. Lee took X Rays and examined the scans thoroughly and offered to fill two cavities in the same visit instead of scheduling another appointment. Examination and two cavities expertly repaired in under an hour was extremely nice. Hope future visits go just as well and would expect nothing less.

I went to this office because it was a block away from my office and I was able to go during lunch breaks.
I was quoted for certain procedures and given and charged for additional procedures without being given an updated quote, putting me above my maximum annual insurance coverage and forcing me to come out of pocket way more than expected.
The doctor was great during procedures, but closed himself in his office and forced his secretary to fend for herself while explaining the screw-up to me. I was clearly distressed, the secretary wasn't sure what to tell me, and the doctor left her in the dust! Didn't even have the guts to come and talk to me face-to-face to explain or apologize for the mix-up/lack of communication. Very arrogant and rude of him. I know doctors can be crooked, but walking straight by a patient while she's stressed due to YOUR lack of communication is cowardly and genuinely messed up. I understand certain things are "below" doctors' pay-grades, but when it's your practice on the line, at least issue an apology.
I would NOT recommend, there are many other great dentists in the area.

Very pleasant office! It is clean (important to me) and from the dentist to the staff working with him, everyone is kind and really professional. They do their best to help you with your insurance and no work is "overpriced" (I had bad previous experiences in others dental offices). I would recommend this office without hesitation!

Dr. Lustiger is the best dentist that I have ever encountered. Even though we live far away from Jersey City my wife and I take days off to go and see him, we have tried many dentists close to us and none of them are even close to Dr. Lustiger.
