His office is easy to get to and very clean. Well air conditioned in the summer. The front desk was very quick to get me my forms to fill out and i was seen by Dr. Winston right away. I only got a cleaning but he was thorough and seemed to care about my teeth even after just meeting me. Only notes he gave me were to floss every day ?? I’ll see what i can do.

I liked Dr. Winston a lot - he has a matter-of-fact sense of humor that I was really able to appreciate - especially when no one enjoys going to the dentist. He made me laugh and gave me a reasonable way to approach a challenging prognosis.

I've been looking for a dentist that fits my dental plan and measures up to the excellent treatment I'd had until moving to NYC. Dr. Winston is a great find on both counts. Sessions may be a bit shorter than I'm used to but I felt his attention and competence were just what I was looking for.

I unfortunately had been double booked and had to fill out all my paperwork again even after filling it out online. I wasnt on the roster despite being called to confirm - he still gave me a cleaning though (which could have been more thorough, but he had to fit two people in one half hour slot). The doctor and staff were very nice though.

He was chill, but maybe too chill. Didn't do xrays and the cleaning felt pretty cursory. I wouldn't have minded either of those issues except two months after seeing him, I may need a root canal. Seems like he should have been able to detect problems on that tooth before it came to this.

I made a last minute appointment to see Dr. Winston because I had an emergency. It was my first time in his office and it was a great experience. He was funny and made me feel comfortable with humor. His staff was friendly. The wait was less than 10 minutes. The only time in the waiting area was to fill out my paperwork. Also, the office is centrally located so it was easy for me to go to my appointment and return back to the office quickly. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Winston.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, Gave some good advice. Were flexible with me when I arrived not realizing I had to arrange it with my insurance company first. The receptionist called my insurance and got it sorted. That was much appreciated.
I would come back again for any dental treatment.

He was 45 minutes late. Building in bad shape. Showed up outside his office to see a sign on door that indicates he had moved offices in the same building, which is a bit weird. Office didn't feel as clean as I would like. Very very nice guy but will not be going back

Dr. Winston was very honest about what Dental work I needed to get done. I had receding gum lines on 2 teeth and it took just 15 minutes to get them bonded. No more pain and sensitivity when I brush my teeth. He was kind and to the point. He did my cleaning himself, which is rare, and it felt like a truly personalized experience.

Literally saw me for all of 5 minutes. Went in for cleaning, he used a waterpick for a couple minutes and that was it. I have never had such a horrible, cursory cleaning. Why even go?

I've only had one visit with Dr. Winston; he took the time to get to know a little about me, we talked about the restaurants in the area. I appreciated the discussion because it put me at ease as I am not a fan of dental visits. He is direct offering clear details to the recommended evaluation to the next steps, so I look forward to my next visit.

Dr. Winston is an exceptionally nice desntist who patiently answers any and all of my medical questions. His reception team always follows through on answering my medical questions too! They really treat patients kindly here. Dr. Winston is elderly and moves a little slower, but I have full confidence in him each and every time. One last perk about this office is that the building houses several different specialists; you could take care of x-rays, orthodontics, periodontics,you name it, all in one day.

Made a last minute appointment through ZocDoc for the next day because of a bad toothache. Front desk didn't see me on the list because it was so last minute, but they were extremely accommodating anyway (even though I came in when they were expecting time for lunch!) Dr Winston took a quick x-ray and got me a same-day appointment with an endodontist in the building for a root canal.
I had another appointment to follow up afterwards, and he was extremely patient and understanding even though it's been a few years since my last appointment. He quickly identified problem areas and took a couple of x-rays, and gave me pricing estimates for work not covered by my insurance on the spot. I very much appreciated his transparency and calm manner. He also probably could have taken advantage of the long gap between dental visits to get me to opt into procedures I didn't really need, but he didn't do that.
Really excited to get back on top of my dental health with Dr. Winston. His staff is exceptional--kind, efficient and very organized.
