My most recent appointment was for dental/periodontal cleaning. The hygienist's work was inspected by Dr Patel, although I have never experienced any problems with the care or treatment I have received.
Follow-up Appointment scheduling is completed prior to leaving the office and I am allowed to coordinate the appointments with my schedule. In the event I need to change the scheduled appointment, they are easy to work with and do not give me any difficulty with it.
I seldom have to wait when I report for scheduled appointments, but even in the event I do have to wait, it has never been more than five or ten minutes.
