Overall my first experience was good. The biggest issue was the wait time, although he is not the only provider at Western Dental. I scheduled my appointment for 9am, arriving at about 8:55am. I was taken back a little after 10am. Since this was my first appointment, I had to have x-rays taken, a consultation, etc. I ended up leaving at 11:30am. Dr. Tirtawidjaja seemed very knowledgeable and was attuned to my needs.

So we all know that dentistry and doctors I general are expensive but to have a doctor who chooses to have his practice in an underserved community laugh at my distress at the price is unacceptable. Walked in the room and started talking to the back of my head without introducing himself - unacceptable.i had to ask three times before he told me how to pronounce his name - super unacceptable.
The office staff was nice but I still won't go back.
