I booked an urgent dental appointment through Zocdoc with ‘White Rock Dental’ under Dr. Shinan Guo for 6 PM on March 5, 2025. I took a Lyft to the office, arriving to find it closed. There was no note on the door, no sign of life, and no prior communication about a cancellation or rescheduling. Google lists them as open, Zocdoc confirmed the slot, but the phone number on Zocdoc is disconnected, and the # found on Google went to voicemail. Additionally, the door says ‘Prime Dental,’ not ‘White Rock Dental.’ bizarre. I wasted time and money with no warning, all while dealing with severe dental pain. Not the type to write reviews, but feel like prospective patients should look elsewhere for more professional care!

Out of all the dentist offices I've been to, I'm glad I came to white rock dental & met Dr. Guo he was very nice & caring. He explained everything in detail which shows he really cares about his patients. I would highly recommend coming here.

I came in for a cavity and had to get a crown done, Dr. Guo explained everything to me in detail and took care of my tooth without pain! 10/10 recommend!
