I had a very pleasant experience and all the staff and the doctor were very patient and friendly.
I didn't feel comfortable about pre-paying for services not yet performed but they assured me it would be refundable.

Her staff was very professional. Dr Shin was very personable and put me at ease right away. I am so glad I found a new dentist that will have my best interest at heart.

Susie Shin was excellent. She is very gentle & lets you know what she is going to do before she does it & how it will feel. The entire staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. She also provides an amazing interest free payment plan if your dental needs exceed your insurance payout. Very happy with my visit!

Dr Shin has been my dentist for 7 years and she and her staff are terrific. Dr. Shin has state-of-the-are equipment and she's thorough with both your cleanings as well as explaining follow up care. And she did a terrific job replacing my crown, something you hope to do only once to 15 years. You have a lot of choices when it comes to choosing a dentist, I only go to Dr Shin I trust her.
