I like Dr. Hernandez but everything is too rushed. I guess in a way it’s good because the wait time is minimum but he needs to take time with each patient

Dr. Hernandez is a very good Orthapedic Surgeon. But there is still some confusion with the staff and medical records. Also, when I went in to view my file in the portal, it still shows my statistics from years prior. It states, 164 lbs”Obese”, and I weigh 121!

Prompt response to my concerns. Thoroughly explained what was done during my recent surgery; also, addresed issues with my elbow. Gave me my orders for 4 weeks of PT with follow up with him again afterwards. His staff has always been very curtious and friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Hernandez for knees (which is what he's seen me and my mom).

I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they got in to see the Doctor. In the past it took me more than 95 minutes, it was great today. I just hope that they can keep it up and take care of the patients time. As far as Dr. Hernandez I have always been treated great 5 stars rating by him and Veronica his assistance.

Laminate flooring a hazard.
Patients have issues walking & flooring is a hazard!
Water damage to flooring & partial repair with raised lip could cause a liability.
