Dr. Brooke Lunsmann is a chiropractic physician committed to providing individualized, patient-centered care for the whole family. A native Oregonian, she attended the University of Oregon where she was inspired by her lifelong enthusiasm for athletics and healthcare to earn a B.S in Human Physiology and then an additional B.S in Human Biology. In 2018, Dr. Lunsmann graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Doctorate of Chiropractic from the University of Western States in Portland, OR.
During her extensive clinical education, Dr. Lunsmann gained added experience in functional rehabilitation for sports related injuries and recovery from motor vehicle accidents. Some of her expertise includes the treatment of peripheral nerve entrapments, plantar fasciitis, TMJ syndrome, and chronic pain conditions. She works to find the root cause of symptoms and encourages patients to take an active role in their care.
Dedicated to continued learning, she has attended seminars for excellence in spinal and extremity manipulation, movement-based diagnosis and management of foot conditions, Craniosacral therapy (CST), and the Activator method. Dr. Lunsmann incorporates essential soft tissue work into all of her treatments, utilizing Active Release Technique (ART), cupping, and IASTM.
Dr. Lunsmann is a certified Webster technique practitioner, which involves alleviating pregnancy-related discomfort, empowering via home exercises, and optimizing the natural motions of the pelvis throughout each trimester. She loves being present during this amazing journey as well as offering examination and continuing care of newborns as they develop.
When not with patients, Brooke can be found on her yoga mat, the golf course, or the ski slopes, and often planning her next backpacking adventure.
