The wait is always very long here, because of standard practice to book several patients for the same time slot. Also, the assistant who checked me in was overheard by me saying that "patient in room 2 is getting antsy" in an aggressive tone after I asked how much longer it would be after waiting in the room for 45 minutes. The doctor came in a few minutes later and said "If you have to be somewhere maybe you should come back another time" Really? I took time off from work, drove all the way here, waited for an hour and then you have the audacity to ask me if I want to come back another time? Sure you did, you got my co-pay and billed the insurance company anyway, so who cares how long the patient has been waiting. The doctor spent 7 minutes with me, wrote a prescription, sent me to get xrays, and told me to call a specialist tomorrow.
