Visiting a new dentist, I was a bit thrown by their process. In the past, I get an exam, x-rays, etc... and then the cleaning. At this office, I got the exam, x-rays, etc... then they scheduled me to come back for the cleaning weeks later because of limited availability sooner. It would be nice if, like most dental offices, the cleaning was all at the same time as the exams. I had never been to a dentist before where it didn't happen that way - and now I have to find more time in my schedule to take off work and return.
Other than that annoyance, the office was clean and nice. The staff was super sweet, and I felt good about the experience as a whole - which was nice after experiencing a couple of dental visits that were less than stellar in the past. I think I FINALLY found my dental home.

I have really bad anxiety when it comes to visiting a dentist after a really bad experience with another dentist a few years ago. Dr. Tran and Anh (the hygenist) were patient, understanding, and accommodating. They made me feel more at ease throughout the appointment and allowed me to listen to my own music/ podcasts during the procedure with my own earphone.

The hygienist and dentist were great. Extremely thorough with the cleaning and health checks. I'm usually a pretty sensitive person when it comes to teeth cleanings, this one felt like a walk in the park compared to previous ones at my old dentist. Very friendly overall as well which helps with the process!

From Valerie at the front desk, Monica, dental hygienist, to Dr. Tran, all staff are wonderful! They all care about giving the best dental care and service that I have ever experienced. They make sure that you understand every aspect of treatment from procedures to cost from dental plan and out of pocket.
