Seems to be getting to the root of my issue, but not kind, compassionate or friendly. A bit abrasive.
I came half hour early as requested because I was a new patient. Waited over an hour and 15 minutes.
I am extremely pleased with my visits. The Doctor and all the staff are very helpful and good.
He didn't help at all. I ended up getting more effective treatment from my NP. Was not warm.

While his bedside manner can be slightly gruff, he sure is well versed in his area of expertise. This was only my first visit to his office, but I believe I will receive the correct course of treatment. I fully trust the doctor who referred me to Dr. Burgio, so I know I am in good hands.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy and appreciated. From the moment I entered Dr. Burgio's office I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Within minutes I was welcomed into the office proper, my vital sings were taken, and I was assured that Dr. Burgio would be with me in minutes. He was indeed: very pleasant, to the point, quickly zeroed in on the issue. An audiologist gave me a hearing test: could not have been more polite and helpful. With a prescription sent by Dr. Burgio through the internet to my pharmacy, I made a follow-up appointment and left. I have no complaints, just lots of gratitude.

Doctor was very professional and thorough.

Very pleasant trip to the Dr. He was knowledgeable and able to explain to me what was going on in my ear. Cleaned out my clogged ear and I'm back to hearing again.
It was nice and pleasant .
Verified patient
The doc was gruff and he seemed annoyed at our presence. His questions were loud. He suggested tests that I wanted more clarification on before performing. I think these were just to cover his practice and avoid a malpractice lawsuit. The staff seemed tense and not very freindly. Very few of them smiled. We won't go there again.
My opinion of Dr Burgio is that he is extremely knowledgeable and keeps on top of things going on in his office. He gave me answers and explained things well and asked me if I had any other questions which I appreciated. The only negative is that I felt he was slightly rushed. Overall I would highly recommend Dr. Burgio.
Very fast and professional.
Dr. Burgio, was great! I liked that he was direct with his questions and figured out what was causing my horrible month and half long headaches!! SINUSES, why other doctors didn't figure this out who knows! Thank you Dr. Burgio!

I was very impressed.
Excellent medical office experience!! The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed the problem. The office staff was very courteous.

My first visit with Dr. Burgio. Sound him to be very competent. Told me what I needed to know about choices I had treating my issues and left the choice of treatment up to me. I will continue to use him for anything related to ear treatment.
He spent the time needed to assure a thorough exam, testing and review of results then was able to make the diagnosis and document a prescription quickly, efficiently and professionally. His office had the prescriptions phoned-in to my pharmacy which had them waiting for me when I arrived. The ability to self-book appointments on-line was great and the entire process, end-to-end was perfect.
Great doctor but blond girl on the front desk was verry rude it would help to place a better person with manners on her position.
He was very considerate and thorough, and I was so grateful that I decided to ignore prior negative reports I had read about him. Both he and his office staff were very personable and while my diagnosis was a serious one, he explained the reasons for his recommended testings and treatment options very well.
Awesome loved everyone we met
