I was seen by the Medical Assistant first. Then the medical student. It was nearly an hour after my appointment time before I saw the doctor. Errors in the history taking were cleared up by my time with the physician. I tried to acquire paperwork to complete prior to my visit but when I called and spoke with the receptionist (not answering service) I was told I needed to complete it in the office. When I arrived in the office, the receptionist asked me if I had a chance to print out the paperwork at home. I found the receptionist area in total disarray with various charts sitting around on any flat surface. I could not read them from the counter but it still discouraged me. While sitting in my exam room with the door closed I could easily hear the phone calls with lab and teat findings being made to patients. It makes me sad.

I'm a new patient and don't like change. Dr. Koczab and Taylor were absolutely wonderful. Put me at ease and were very friendly and concerned and treated me and the other patients like real people! There's enough technology to be efficient but also took the time to sit and LISTEN. Absolutely did not make me feel rushed. Wonderful choice in doctors!

I have been suffering with severe neck pain for several months and have tried different modalities find relief, Dr. Koczab Took my complaints seriously she was caring and worked within my limitations to find the best avenue to relief. What an injection she brought me immediate relief and then prescribed several other prescriptions to elongate that relief. I have a friend who has much the same issue I will highly recommend her to come see Dr. Koczab.

visit was great, staff great, and really like the doctor, but could have used better instructions/expectations upon leaving. I had to go get blood work done elsewhere in the building and did not even understand what this would entail until end of the appointment, and the instructions were given very quickly. just keep in mind that folks walking in don't know your world like you do. -- hope that feedback helps, you all are great.

I showed up early, but they still got me in earlier than my appt.The waiting room is a bit small, and it was hard to relax w/ hearing the talking behind the counter from the workers. The walls are really thin, I can hear the conversation in the other room w/ the doc & patient.
