I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Robbins for the outstanding service that you provided to my Mom at the end of August 2010 when she underwent an endoscopic ultrasound procedure at Lenox Hill. My special thanks go to Dr. Robbins who performed the procedure most professionally and efficiently and demonstrated compassion, kindness, and professional courtesy towards his patient. Invasive procedures like the one my Mom underwent can be stressful, painful and uncomfortable, yet my Mom did not experience any discomfort or pain. She praised Dr. Robbins for his friendly and easy-going attitude and consummate professionalism. It was also very impressive that Dr. Robbins followed up with the results of the procedure promptly and diligently, thus making the overall experience as stress-free as possible. Both my Mom and I are very grateful to Dr. Robbins and would recommend him to our friends and family. It is because of doctors like Dr. Robbins that we'll be choosing Lenox Hill as our provider of medical services in the future.
Once I saw the doctor, I felt that he gave careful consideration to my symptoms and offered me a reasonable solution to my problems. However, I waited for over an hour to see the doctor and I found his office assitant to be very disorganized, abrupt, and unfriendly.
