This was my first visit Dr. Clos for a general skin screening. Dr. Clos provided excellent attention to my questions and even answered a few questions about a concerning topic that wasn't the true reason for my visit. She was exceptionally knowledgable about her profession and provided great insight into reasoning and solutions for my health issues specifically concerns of dry skin and hair loss. As always, there is a rush felt at any appointments that is typical of most doctors, however, more so I take this as a sign as " well, that was brief so I'm ok, yay!" And I do stongly believe that if there were serious issues of my concern Dr. Clos would spend more time with me so the short visit duration did not bother me today. I intend to certainly stick worh Dr. Clos for future visits as needed!

I had a great experience. She was running a few minutes behind, but that worked because due to construction in the nearby area and traffic, I was running a little late as well.
She was very nice, friendly, thorough, and personable, and took time to explain and answer all of my questions.

Everything seemed very rushed. I really don't understand why doctors would not take an extra minute to connect with the patients. I feel like they need to be focused on curing/helping a patient than patching things up. She seemed nice and all but came across as the patching doctor, not the curing one. Felt rushed.

The visit was great but the zocdoc app leaves a lot to be desired. After confirming the location online and reconfirming over the phone with an actual person, the online scheduling app still showed that she was only seeing patients in the "other" location. Luckily they made room in their schedule at the other office.
