I’m glad I went to see Dr Shujaat. He was patient and kind. Has a terrific bedside manner and is a great listener. He answered all of my questions with out losing patience even though I may have been redundant. He talked me through all of the possibilities for my ailments and is having some tests done for piece of mind. Overall I’m very pleased and wish there were more Drs like him. As a side note, the staff was very polite and there was no wait time when I was there. A+ experience for a terrific visit.

I had a virtual visit. The doctor was very professional and concern addressing all my concern. The office has been unreachable for questions or following up on visit. This is my second booking with him, I've never spoken with the office. The number listed sends you through so many prompts and the hold are long.

Clinic wasn’t busy when I got there and I was seen less than 15mins after registration (new patient). Dr. Shujaat listens and explains everything well. The staff also seems very organized and friendly. Overall, it was a really painless experience!
The physician is great and office nice

As a new patient I really appreciate the way doctor Shujaat broke down what he believed was NOT happening by using the process of elimination based on recent medical records, which really helped ease the stress and anxiety of not getting any answers. Thanks doc.

I am pleased with my appointments with Dr. Shujaat. The first time I saw him, I brought a list of the items I wanted to discuss with him (mostly my symptoms). He listened carefully and asked follow-up questions. When it seemed like I had nothing further to mention, he asked if we had covered everything I wanted to talk about, which I appreciated. He ordered a chest X-ray for me, which I was able to get that same day. I saw him again a few days later, and we discussed the X-ray. It ruled out some conditions, but it didn't really zero-in on the cause of my abdominal pain. I'm scheduled for a CAT scan in 2 weeks, at which point I'll see Dr. Shujaat again to see what the scan indicates. I like that Dr. Shujaat is the "quiet type" - a good listener - and paid careful attention to me during my visits. I hope for a resolution of my problem soon, if not by Dr. Shujaat himself, then by another doctor he recommends, if necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Shujaat.

The doctors and nurses were AMAZING!! But the receptionist were dismissive and off-putting, Got their jobs done but weren't very nice about it.
The Dr. was excellent.
He was really kind and professional

He was very welcoming Muslim also Alhamdullillah & he was patient & compassionate & very helpful. I am very happy & look forward to seeing him as my future pulmonologist in shaa Allah.
No advices or treatment, just a protocol records. It was helpful to talk but where is a remediation for the health problem? I don't think it is helpful just to provide info to a doctor and don't receive anything back. What I have to do now? Another search in the Internet?

Invested the time to really understand my history and ailments and then went out of his way to explain his diagnosis and plan/approach to addressing it. Extremely polite, respectful, and attentive throughout visits and phone calls.

The doctor addressed concerns that I have has that were not addressed by other doctors. In addition, he called another doctor in a different department and helped me get an appointment for the very next day. It was quite a relief to be heard and listened to. This was a positive experience for me.

I recently tested positive of the virus and had shortness of breath and wanted to speak with a lung specialist. I set up a same day virtual visit and Dr. Shujaat was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He also had a lot of questions for me which helped him to understand my concerns. I highly recommend him as your pulmonologist.

Today's visit was helpful and insightful. Everyone was professional and nice. The wait was a bit long, but I understand it is busy this time of year and the condition. The doctor was helpful and listened to all I had to say. He treated me with great professional care.

Do not waste time with mount Sinai. The web app does notvwirkbsndvthecso- called it trouble shooting department is useless. No 0hone number to a real person. Find a different doctor

Very helpful and informative - highly recommend!

He was abrupt and rude and couldn’t even be bothered to look much into the computer at me. He even accepted paperwork from someone else while we were speaking and started writing on it in the middle of my session. He kept getting information wrong even after I told him my history, and was dismissive and patronizing. He didn’t bother to explain anything to me and acted surprised when I asked for details of an offhand comment he made about a diagnosis not even related to pulmonology. I’ve never had such a rude experience with a doctor before. Do not recommend.
