I was almost seen right away. Office was full and I still barely had a wait! Dr. Pham is very nice and I find her demeanor to be comforting. I'm new to the area and was nervous about seeing a new ob-gyn.

It was great. There was no wait. I didn't even have time to finish the paper work. The nurse took me right away. There was no wait for the Dr. either! Dr. Pham was great. Although I thought she was thorough and appreciated how quickly I was in and out, I did feel that my time with her was rushed. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were listened to so I can't really complain.

The visit as always was good. The office staff is both efficient and pleasant to all clients. The wait time is always short and they always see you as close to your appointment time as possible. Even after being seated in the exam room its a short wait for the doctor to come in. Highly recommend this office if you need an Ob/Gyn.

The wait time was under 30 min but as soon it was my turn, it went by fast which was good because all I wanted was an annual check up and a prescription refill.

She was very forceful and not very nice in my opinion. The actual face time i had with her was maybe 15 mins max. The fact that I've waited about an hour to see her, I would think she would make the effort to talk to me as an adult. I didn't appreciate her talking to me condescendingly as she kept repeating herself and disregarded my concerns. I will not be going back to her.

This is my first visit with Dr. Pham, and I liked how my first consultation went. She listens to my concerns and advices promptly. Dr. Pham, at the end of my visit, asked me if I had any more questions... I really liked that...! I am glad I came to see her today, I made a great choice.
