The wait was outstanding. There was no wait time and I was on time for my appointment. When I arrived, I got checked in right away, vitals taken, and was in the treatment room in 3 minutes. I was not the only patient there at the time either. After my appointment, labs were taken and it was good that I dont have to go to another facility to do so. The phlebotomist was very good (Iris?) and it did not hurt.

Very positive experience with the doctor himself -- he was very informative and friendly. The receptionist and nurse seemed tense and there were negative vibes. Overlooking that, I would revisit considering it was a fast process, the doctor was great, and this location is a walking distance from my home.

Dr. Leynes is professional yet very down to earth. He is knowledgeable and great at communicating his knowledge at a level his patients/teens can understand. He is caring and although his time spent with us during our appointment was very efficient, he was very present every minute we spent in his office. Best doctor in Chicago!

I haven't received a bill yet (just had appointment today), but Dr. Leynes was great in my opinion. When it comes to health, I'm average, but I could tell from the start the Dr. Leynes was not there to shame me, convince me that I needed any unnecessary tests or scans... I received a checkup and all looked alright, so he sent me on my way. Very refreshing in an age of skepticism towards the healthcare industry. Thank you Dr. Leynes- hopefully I won't be back soon, but if I must see a doctor, I'll give your office a call.

My visits are always great. Very informative thanks to Dr. Leynes I was able to know better understanding of my health condition. Thanks to him I was able to find out I had diabetes and I am able to keep it under control with his medical advise. He is a great doctor and would highly recommend him.
