I felt like I was waiting for a long time, but that's probably because I couldn't move my neck. The doctor got to know me and figured out right away what the problem was and how to treat it. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The provider seemed nice. She ordered blood work and indicated I would hear from her in 2 days tops. After several days, I called to find out about the blood work and was provided a copy by the nurse and told the provider would follow up about the abnormalities. After several days with no follow up, I sent a message directly to the provider inquiring about the test results. I have never heard back.
I was hoping to make this my primary care facility, but I need to find somewhere with better communication.
