Amanda May is personable and very knowledgable. She listened to me explain my symptoms of shoulder pain/strain and performed a short but thorough assessment to determine a recommendation for treatment. She explained body parts, muscle groups, and the anatomy involved in my symptoms and determined a probable cause of my source of pain: tendonitis. She advised me to take a prescribed anti inflammatory medication, explained how to take it, and I was then accompanied to the appointment desk and “handed off” for the next step in scheduling an X-ray and an appt for PT. Amanda is a no-nonsense care provider who takes individual cases seriously and aims to direct patients to the next best course of action. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to anyone seeking care for physical symptoms needing medical attention.

I've been going to Amanda May for a few years. She is always helpful, takes time to listen, read reports and suggest treatments or specialists if needed.
The waiting times are not bad, and the back-office nurses are always pleasant.

I do happen to know that there was miss information from the nurse. It is nice to have the information from the doctor directly. But just to make sure I think the nurse was confused and didn’t give me the right information. Not that it’s against anyone I get the whole thing about misinformation it’s just next time it would be good to have the confirmed right information down. From the nurse. Thank you for your time. ?

It was in an easy location to find, walked right in a took a seat to wait. Didn’t take long for them to call me, the waiting room was nice & clean. It didn’t have a weird office smell like some doctor’s offices do, the temperature in there was nice & there was music playing which is always a nice touch!

Although I am 57 years old, I am terrified like a five year old when it comes to seeing doctors. However, since I have two prescriptions that need to be refilled periodically with accompanying blood work and a doctor's visit I have to psyche myself up once a year and go. Dr. May was the nicest, most personable, understanding and sweet doctor that I have ever met. I am so happy that I chose her! I feel very comfortable with her and I trust her, too. The location is a bit far for me but worth it since I don't have to go to the doctor's very often. The building is really nice and unique and the staff was friendly. Very happy with Dr. May!
