They made two appointments with me and canceled the first a few hours before the appointment the second time one hour before and amber had an issue with her husband and couldn’t take the appointment. The office was stern that she could not take the appointment. I would never recommend them. I shouldn’t have to sign a consent form, stating that I am on vacation in that state for the appointment to be confirmed because I’m not in that state and so they wanted me to lie.
