I needed to establish a PCP since moving back to Ohio nearly 2 years ago, and I found Dr. Friedman through my insurance company's online portal. My experience was excellent. No extended wait times, ease of appointment scheduling, and the doctors and nurses all took the time needed to answer my questions. Very personable, friendly staff, too!
