The office staff were very polite and the PA was very warm and welcoming.
Unfortunately the Zodoc records did not get to the office and I had to take the time to complete the required forms. :(

Dr. Andrea Raby is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in General Psychiatry. She completed her undergraduate degree in psychology and chemistry at Arizona State University and was also a member of their Honors College. She attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center and ultimately completed her residency at Maricopa Integrated Health/County Hospital.
She has extensive clinical experience in community and hospital based psychiatry. For over ten years, Dr. Raby has provided forensic evaluations for the acutely ill, as well as court testimonies for those on court order evaluations. In addition, she is currently medical director of Pinal Hispanic Council, and provides psychiatric consultations at RiverSource, a substance abuse, residential treatment facility.
Dr. Raby currently has a limited schedule for adult services.
Lindsey Greene, PA-C, Charlie Rounds PA-C, and Carrie McCahan PA-C will be able to provide services at our Bella Vista clinic located at 3620 N 3rd Street office Monday through Friday 8am to 6pm for adults ages 18+.

While the location and facilities are less than desirable, the quality of treatment was good. The building was not well marked. The lobby is off of the street in the bottom level. It does not impress. The service from the front office staff was fair: no smiles, no hellos; but no sunlight down there, either, in their defense. The medical providers were both polite, smiled, thanked me for waiting. The advice I received is the best I've had in the last ten years.

Dr. Rabey is a breath of fresh air. She is extremely attentive, personable, and solution-orrientated. I have bipolar disorder, and this was my first time treating it with medication, so I was a little anxious about it. Everything she prescribed for me essentially saved my life. It took a couple of months for my body to adjust, and I even added another medication along the way, but it was so worth it. She's there for you in the long-run. I will continue to see her as long as I can! You're a life-saver, Dr. Raby!
