Dr. DeMarco is an excellent clinician. He explains things well and takes the time to go over all the things that you are concerned about. His follow-up is also on point. I've been going to him for many years. His office staff is very courteous and helpful.

Even though the wait was a little long, I did enjoy the doctor. This was my first time seeing a doctor in 15 years and the doctor made me feel comfortable. The nurses, I cant say the same for. Biggest turnoff was when I finished, again 15 years since I have seen a doctor and never filled a script myself, I asked a simple question about a script the doctor said he was writing for me, I heard from the back office a sarcastic remark, "you can get two for $2,00" about a prescription the doctor wrote for me for lozenges that halls wont fix. I like the doctor but I do not think nurses who had nothing to do with me should make a comment about me asking about a script. Again, I didn't know a doctor can just fill it through the computer, last time I filled a script, you handed it to the pharmacy.

The Dr. was very good but despite having Blue Cross and confirming with the woman at reception that my lab work would be covered 100% by my insurance I ended up with a bill for lab work totaling four figures that I to fight with the lab. After multiple calls to the lab, they were finally able to tell me that the insurance code given to them by the office was incorrect. This is why I don't go to the Dr. I don't have the time for the inevitable BS that follows because someone can't/won't do their job. Too busy gossiping. To make matters worse, when I finally called to ask if the results of my lab work had come in 3 weeks later I was told that they had come in more than a week ago. Maybe it's normal procedure to let the patient summon their psychic powers to alert them when tests come back but I think it wouldn't kill the staff in the office to call patients tell them their lab results. I won't be a returning patient and I won't recommend anyone to go to this office. The Dr. is good but you're only as good as your weakest link and my experience was that most of the links here are pretty weak.

They were a little backed up so my appointment was delayed which is a bit frustrating, but to be expected. The Doctor was very thorough and helpful. I like that you get real one-on-one time with the Doctor at this office instead of having a nurse or technician do 99% of the work and hardly getting 5 mins with the Doctor.

The ladies in the office were very sweet and helpful. Everyone was very kind. It wa my first time so and what I needed was fairly minimal so I don't know if I can give a complete review on the visit. But DeNarco was patient, I felt he listened well. Only thing is, I was a little confused as they said I needed a referral to see a specialist and was going to give me a referral - then said I didn't need a referral, then tries to find me a specialist - and I went to that place only to find they are not in my network, so now I need to do a little digging. Not a big deal, but still...could have done without the confusion over how to proceed.

Was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of detailed questions. Was a good listener and made good suggestions. I had a 9:30 appt but didn't see him until about 10:15. However, I'm assuming the long wait to see him was because he was as detailed with and focused on other patients as he was with me.

I spent about 30 minutes in the waiting room which I was completely fine with. Two doctors and about five exam rooms, this is about what I planned for. If this is an issue for you then you should reconsider your expectations. The waiting room is a little small but this is downtown Hoboken, you do the math. I was a new patient and Dr. DeMarco was very thorough and informative. While he worked pretty quickly, he explained what he was doing and why and addressed all my specific questions and concerns. He is definitely very intelligent and well versed. The nurses and front desk workers were nice.

Dr DeMarco is thorough and helpful with minor concerns I had, however the wait time is my concern. I have been here twice and dislike the wait time, if I make an appointment at a certain time I'd like to be seen within the 10-15 min max. I'd like the same courtesy just as their late policy, if one is 15 min. past their scheduled appointment one is either charged or can be rescheduled, like wise I would like for the wait time maintain the same standards.

I was extremely impressed with my visit with Dr. DeMarco. He is such a caring doctor. It is very hard to find a doctor that will give you the time you need and he did just that and also made me feel as if he knew me for years.

Very solid overall. My first time at this doctor's office and first visit with Dr. DeMarco.
The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, which was the opposite of previous reviews I had seen so that was a big relief. Dr. DeMarco was easy to talk to and was thorough in explaining everything he covered.
I did have an early appointment and I imagine would have a longer wait later in the day but I'm confident in recommending this office and doctor.

I come to the office every three 3 mos for my wellness exam. (And I'll be coming here until I close my eyes.) It's done the way I like and I feel comfortable on each results - the staff are very helpful because I need alot of help. I'm 100% disabled and a Vietnam disabled vet also.
