Dr. Beneke was awesome. Explained things well, and was very personable.
Parking situation is terrible, as you have to pay $8 in the garage or $2 per hour for street parking.
Nurses were okay to deal with, but they all acted like they just wanted to get their task done and get out.
The guy in the lab that draws your blood could probably use a customer service course or two as well.

She most definitely does NOT address each and every problem you have, in fact she rushed through the appointment, and then you have to come in for another appointment to talk about the last appointment. But she never addressed my issues, or really did anything for that matter. She is a joke and the wait time is ridiculous!

Dr. Beneke has a wonderful bedside manner. She takes her time to ask personalized questions. She will make you feel at ease and comfortable while offering advice and medications for your needs. I highly recommend her.

Pros: Excellent Bedside Manner, very professional, explained everything in detail as she went on. Stopped to answer any questions I had.
Cons: I had to wait longer than I would've liked. It's in the Med Center, so had to pay for parking.
