Never got the email for the video call. The office was EXTREMELY rude when I called. It was already 10 mins past my appointment and they basically said too bad she’s with other patients in the office. Maybe she should not have virtual appointments available then! Would never recommend this provider.

Wow! The unprofessionalism is crazy! I scheduled an appt for a UTI- never got an appointment link to get on the virtual appointment. 6 min past my appt time I called the office and they told me they would send it now. 10 min goes by I called again and I told them I still have not received it and she goes “ok well what do you need?” She tells me she’ll send it now (again) never got the link and never had the appointment!

She never showed up and didn't have the decency to tell me a couple of hours in advance that she wanted to reschedule. I called her office when I realized that she was a no-show and they wanted to reschedule for 4:30 but I said no because that was really disrespectful to not even talk to me at all and give me a heads up and her office was just not very polite either so with that I decided not to go back to her. If I didn't call her office I wouldn't have known that she would have not been able to make it. This would have been the first time we have met and this just left a bad impression. If she puts even her Telehealth patients on the back and don't even try to call them a few hours in advance if they can't make it then that is not someone I want to go to. I dropped everything to go to this doctor's appointment and she failed.

American Wellness probably saved my life! I was seeing another primary care facility, when my doctor went ill. He recently passed from brain cancer, god rest his soul, I kept going to same facility. New doc put me on strong thyroid medication, that was making me physically ill. I stopped taking the meds, had more bloodwork done, and was told to double my dosage. Ihadn’t even given her the news yet, that I stopped taking the medication all together. So my bloodwork was fine, and double my dosage? She had already told me same about my BP meds, which led to a big fight, as she swore she hadn’t told me this.
Now, without a change in prescription, on a med I’m not taking, I’m told t double it. I walked out and started researching new primary’s. Luckily, I had a friend who had a recommendation. He went on and on about how well he was treated. How he could ask and get answered, any health concerns, and felt they were truly looking out for his well being. 100% correct!! I feel GREAT! Bravo!
