Dr. Arthur Isakov grew up in Queens, NY and attended Queens College where he attained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He then went on to New York University College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree.
Further enhancing his dental education and his clinical experience, he completed a year long residency program at New York Hospital Queens (currently New York-Presbyterian Queens). He obtained extensive training in oral surgery (surgical extractions & impacted wisdom teeth), dental emergencies, molar endodontics, fixed & removable prosthodontics, implant surgical placement & prosthetic restorations, as well as restorative dentistry.
After his residency, Dr. Isakov has since been in private practice in the NYC area & always staying up to date with the latest trends & techniques in modern dentistry by attending numerous continuing education courses, including training at the Misch International Implant Institute participating in the Implant Complications Course & various cosmetic courses, including Veneers, Botox, & Juvederm fillers.
Since moving to Nassau County with his growing family, Dr. Isakov opened the office "Dental Concepts" in Glen Cove, NY with a focus on a personalized & comprehensive approach to dental care. Emphasizing on patient education & oral healthcare to provide the most optimal treatment decisions & outcomes.

Great friendly staff! Dr. Isakov was excellent. He made my wisdom tooth removal process very easy. I had 4 of them removed today and he did the procedure in minutes. Listened to Lil Baby the entire time lol.

Dr. Isakov is professional, efficient, kind and extremely competent. To my great surprise, my procedure was painless. He was extremely accommodating and fit my adult child in too. His staff are all kind and competent. The office is sterile, and it has all the most up to date equipment. He offers a great selection of music and he’s a perfect dentist with an ideal atmosphere for anyone with dental anxiety.

Dr. Isakov is wonderful! His staff is patient and knowledgeable. His hygienists are gentle and efficient. My son woke up with a bad toothache. I found Dr Isakov here with some really good reviews and i quickly called to see if he could fit my son in. I got his vox and hung up, thinking i would try another. Before i could look for another he called back, not even 3 mins later. He booked my son for the next day. My son needed a root canal. My son has pretty severe anxiety about things so my husband took him in. (i got there 1 hour later.) I was fully expecting my son to be clinging to the ceiling freaked out, and dad, the Dr, and staff trying to coax him down. The Dr's office is very nicely appointed, bright and clean and quiet. I spend a few minutes completing paperwork, noting that it is quiet still....hmmm. i look for my son as quietly as possible and find him in the chair like a church mouse tapping his foot to music. The root canal is finished and he has a big lopsided novocaine smile. There were at least 5 other children in the office, all of them happy and calm. Dr Isakov is a dental magician! A magician i tell you! I promptly booked an appt for myself. My husband is next.

Dr. Isakov is amazing and honest. I started seeing him a few years ago when he was working in Westchester. Now that he is on Long Island it takes about 2 hours in traffic to get to the dentist office. Some would think I would switch dentists to one closer to where I live. Nope! He’s that amazing that I will spend the time in the car to have the peace of mind that I saw an amazing and honest dentist. Everyone in his office is friendly and welcoming!

As someone who avoids doctors and dentists at all costs, I was not looking forward to this appointment. The office is beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Isakov is phenomenal and inspires trust in his profession! He went over my xrays and didn’t pressure me to do anything right away, which totally won my respect. I wasn’t pressured to do anything I didn’t want to have done. I had 4 fillings and didn’t feel anything but the initial injection. I would absolutely recommend this office to friends and family.

Dr Isakov is great. It was my first time there and he did a root canal for me right away. He takes time to get to know you and explain everything he is doing before and while he is doing it to you. He goes as far as showing you exactly what he is addressing via a mirror, and listens thoroughly when you express you concerns. I have full trust in this guy and will recommend him to anyone who may need it.

I don’t know how or whereto start about Dr Arthur and dental concepts. First of all, Dr Arthur is so friendly, humble, and professionally love what he is doing to help his patient . He made me feel so comfortable with his smile and welcoming. Everything was perfect from the minute That I walked in through the x-ray until the procedure has done. The staff was very friendly(front desk and the medical technologist) . Dr. Arthur showed me my x-ray and well explained everything in details to me. The dental hygienist left through an emergency situation but Dr. Arthur insisted to do the procedure himself. I didn’t wait for that long as many other dental clinics do. Also, Dr. Arthur works in Saturday which made it easier to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Arthur for my family and friends and any one reading this right now.

After years of not being to the Dentist I did not feel judged and that was my biggest fear. Dr. Isakov basically told me the plan of what needed to be done and got right to work. His staff and him self are the reason I’m actually keeping my follow-up appts . I had extractions and root canals so far and couldn’t of been more comfortable. He then calls in the evening to check up on you!!! So amazing and grateful I found him. I will recommend him everywhere I go...

Dr. Isakov, was great, went through each and every thing, and explained in detail. Very cautious, and presented various options for different corrective actions. Did not feel like i went there and was rushed through a factory line, or that i was being oversold anything that was not needed. Would recommend, and especially to anyone who is looking for something closer to the Glen Cove, Glen Head, Brookville, Sea Cliff, GlenWood Landing, Locust Valley Area. Easy to get to on Cedar Swam, with plenty of parking right in front.

I typically hate going to the dentist! BUT these guys were amazing!! The office is BEAUTIFUL, so clean so cozy. Then Arthur is amazing as well as Kat. Took great care of me, my teeth came out so beautiful. I highly recommend and will be back for my teeth cleaning and up keep!

Absolutely an amazing dentist. Explains everything from beginning to end. Goes over every tooth on the xray, gives you options on form of treatment and gentle takes care of all your dental needs. Follows up regularly to make sure you aren't in pain after the procedure.

I really loved doctor Isakov. He was extremely nice. He was kind took his time explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed. May I also mention he is fast and painless 8 cavitees in 1 and a half hour no pain!!!

Oh my gosh, I can't say enough about Dr. I! He was wonderful really amazing bed side manner explained all procedures to me made me feel so comfortable and I didn't even feel the shot! Totally painless! HIGHLY RECOMMEND him!!!
