Blood tests, echo-cardiograms, vascular Doppler studies and sleep studies are done in office. Pap smears and breast exams are provided by Dr. Amita Chaudhary when needed. Mammograms, bone density exams, X-rays, CAT scans, etc. are done at attached hospital.
Dr. Chaudhary earned his medical degree from Sardar Patel Medical College in India. He then moved to the United States, where he completed his residency in internal medicine at Prince George's Hospital Center. Dr. Chaudhary is a part of Health First Associates in Arlington and is affiliated with Virginia Hospital Center in VA.

Dr. Chaudhary was incredibly polite, well spoken, confident and viewed my health record as a launching point to further come up with the best plan for me, not something to question and criticize. Everyone in his office was so nice and was incredibly helpful. I forgot some specific information about my pharmacy at one point, and the nurse offered to call my pharmacy and get the information from the pharmacist while I was in my appointment. Phenomenal standard of care great guy who really cares about you. There are two things that set him apart number one he took a 12-lead EKG during an annual physical something he's not required to do what is an incredible standard of care. Number to he personally called with my lab results which is rare and the really nice touch

I was SCAMMED. Since he owns the practice (I assume) they are after money and not quality provided.
I scheduled my annual check up and was never given any instructions beforehand. Even though I didn’t eat all day he still didn’t want to perform the annual physical so that I would come back and he would make additional money.
He asked me if there was anything else I was worried about. I pointed something out that has been on my mind and he told me that it was very normal and nothing wrong with it but the physical would give us additional inside. So, I thought we were ready for it until he dismissed me.
I had to reschedule the physical (not sure why) and pay for this visit.
Can’t believe I got scammed by a doctor. And, when I asked why I was charged for the physical they told me that I didn’t fasten without asking any questions when the last time I ate or Brody I g me a day in advance.
Seems to be a common practice as I had theee employees stare at me and point fingers that it was all my fault. I was so confused what was happening. The doctor spent a total of 1min and 30sec with me.
After I complained I was told that I had an additional concern and the insurance wants to be billed separate. Annual physical is only for healthy adult I was told even though he just told me that my concern was not valid and everything looked good.

Dr. Chaudhary has all the qualities I was looking for in a primary care physician. He spends a lot of time with you and listens carefully to all you have to say. He calmed down my nerves on my long-standing prostate worries. Obviously, he cares for you. I also found the staff very pleasant to deal with and the waiting area was well maintained. I would highly recommend him to anybody looking for a primary care physician.
